Start the evening with Margaret River Blanc de Blancs sparkling before enjoying a decadent 7-course degustation crafted by visiting local Chef Tony Howell (of Cape Lodge) and Chef Gunther Hubrechsen. Expect Ocean Grown Abalone from Augusta, as well as other Western Australian grown/farmed produce.

Accompanying the food will be a special Chardonnay tasting journey, with current and museum vintages being poured by five leading wineries of the Margaret River Region, including Flametree Wines, Vasse Felix, Xanadu, Woodlands and Pierro.
